Set up cloud sync

Sync uses a private GitHub gist to store your data. Nothing you enter here leaves your GitHub account.

Open this link: it is the GitHub page to create a classic Personal Access Token, already set to the gist scope (the only one needed).
Set an expiration (1 year is a good choice) and press Generate token at the bottom.
Copy the token (it starts with ghp_) and paste it below.

The token is saved only in this device's localStorage. To turn sync off, press "Disconnect" (or revoke the token on GitHub).

If you already use sync on another device, the same token connects them all: the app finds the existing gist and downloads the data.
